To ensure a positive and safe environment for everyone, we've established this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) as part of our broader Terms of Use, outlining the expected behaviors and restrictions for using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. 1.4. Constructive Feedback: Provide feedback and criticism constructively, focusing on ideas rather than personal attacks.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

2.1. Legal Compliance: Ensure that all activities conducted on the Services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

3. Responsible Event Hosting:

3.1. Event Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during hosted events. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations applicable to the type of event being hosted.

3.2. Community Guidelines: Enforce community guidelines and rules during hosted events to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all participants.

3.3. Compliance: Ensure that all events hosted on behalf of content creators comply with the terms and conditions set forth by River and any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Prohibited Activities:

4.1. Harassment and Abuse: Do not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination against other users.

4.2. Hate Speech: Do not promote or incite violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or beliefs.

4.3. Phishing: Do not engage in any attempt to obtain sensitive information such as River Credentials, or financial details through deceptive means.

4.4. NSFW Content: Do not upload, share, or distribute content containing explicit nudity, sexual activity, or other adult material.

4.5. Spam and Misleading Content: Do not engage in spamming or the dissemination of misleading information or malicious content.

4.6. Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, or data of other users.

4.7. Violation of Terms: Do not violate the terms of service, community guidelines, or any other policies established by River.

5. Reporting Violations:

5.1. Reporting: Report any violations of this AUP or suspicious activities to River's support team promptly.

5.2. Cooperation: Cooperate with River in any investigations related to violations of this AUP.

6. Enforcement:

6.1. Actions: River reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of accounts, in response to violations of this AUP.

6.2. Discretion: River will exercise discretion in enforcing this AUP, taking into account the severity and frequency of violations, as well as any mitigating circumstances.
